REFUND POLICY

All users of the website https://www.koto-digital.com.ua who have paid for services have the opportunity to contact Individual Entrepreneur Topchii A.O. for a refund using the contacts listed on the website https://www.koto-digital.com.ua.

The decision to refuse / return the paid funds is made unilaterally by Individual Entrepreneur Topchii A.O.

When making this decision, Individual Entrepreneur Topchii A.O. is guided by the following rules:

1. The cost of payment for services can be returned to the customer only within one week from the moment of payment for the services.
2. Refunds are made only to the details from which the payment was made. We recommend saving the document confirming the payment.
3. After submitting a request for a refund for the services and receiving a favorable decision from Individual Entrepreneur Topchii A.O., the customer must provide Individual Entrepreneur Topchii A.O. with the following data: bank details to which the refund amount should be transferred; contact details for communication - phone number and email address.
4. In case of a positive decision regarding the refund, the funds will be transferred to the details specified in the application within 30 calendar days.
5. Funds are not refunded if the client purchased short-term services, the implementation of which is expected within 1-30 days.
6. Funds are not refunded if the client purchased services in which the client is immediately granted access to all necessary materials.
